Paul holds a Graduate Certificate in Building Management and has over 25 years of experience in designing and building homes in Northland.

He has been a licensed Building Practitioner in Design (D2) since 2010 and site (S1) and has been offering consultancy services for the past 10 years, with expertise in Catastrophe Relief work in Christchurch and Specialist Design Projects in Whangarei.

Anna-Lisa Roberts – Architectural Designer and technical Specialist

Anna-Lisa is a highly qualified professional with expertise in CAD technology, building design, architectural technology, construction site safety, and earthquake settlements.

Lisa has been a Licensed Building Practitioner in Design (D2) since 2012, indicating her qualifications to oversee building design projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites. Anna-Lisa holds a National Diploma in Architectural Technology, a Certificate in Construction Site Safety, a diploma in Loss Adjusting, and a Diploma in Art Appreciation.

Additionally, she is a Registered Chartered Loss Adjuster specializing in commercial and residential earthquake settlements, with experience working with the Earthquake Commission (EQC) to settle claims in the high court.
