2Build is a family-oriented business that has nurtured their four children's careers in the design and construction industry. Their eldest son is a qualified builder and loss adjuster with extensive experience in earthquake recovery. Their eldest daughter serves as a project coordinator, while their second son excels as a project manager in commercial construction. Additionally, their second daughter brings expertise in quantity surveying and design to the team. This family dynamic has strengthened their business and diversified their skill set in the field of design and building. 

Paul and Lisa are the owners of their own design and building company, specializing in developing speculative homes and offering design and building services for renovations of old villas, new builds, fire-damaged homes, and projects of various sizes. They have actively participated in earthquake recovery efforts in Christchurch for over a decade. Now back in Northland, both Paul and Lisa, who are qualified architectural designers and licensed building practitioners in design are dedicated to assisting homeowners with their design needs.
